Meet the Team //
Dr. Suzanne Earehart has always been ambitious in the areas of health, wellness, and athletic competition. Dr. Suzanne grew up in a family that was very active in sports ranging from golf to tennis to rugby and more. This experience has allowed her to have a greater understanding of how important it is to promote the health of our bodies through nutrition, chiropractic care, and overall wellness.
Dr. Suzanne approaches chiropractic by looking at the body as a whole, meaning she monitors muscle tone, observes movement patterns, and checks spinal alignment as these are all keys to the producing the best physical output possible. By emphasizing active patient participation and education. Dr. Suzanne helps her patients recover more quickly and return to their activities sooner. This treatment approach helps patients heal more completely, and decrease their chances of re-injury.
Dr. Suzanne is from a small town on the West Virginia/ Virginia state line. She was the first female golfer in the history of her high school where she lettered all four years. During this time Dr. Suzanne remained ranked in the top 50 in the state of female golfers. She attributes her success in athletics to being under chiropractic care from a young age. Dr. Suzanne graduated with honors from Graham High School in Bluefield, Virginia in 2007. She chose to stay in her hometown to attend Bluefield State College, where she met her now husband Nick. They both graduated with honors obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science with a concentration in Applied Sciences and a specialization of Pre-Medicine/Interdisciplinary Sciences.
Dr. Suzanne and her husband Dr. Nick moved to South Carolina in 2011 to begin their chiropractic journey at Sherman College of Chiropractic. Dr. Suzanne graduated in 2015 and Nick graduated in June of 2016. During her time at Sherman, Dr. Suzanne spent her extra time studying sports chiropractic. She recently achieved the titles of Certified Chiropractic Extremities Practitioner (CCEP) and Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP).

Nicholas R. Earehart | Doctor of Chiropractic
Hey, everyone. I’m Dr. Nick Earehart. I wanted to take a minute and introduce myself. I graduated Sherman College of Chiropractic in of June of 2016 with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. I am currently in the process obtaining licensure through the NBCE and state of South Carolina, so I'm not accepting patients yet! We will be sure to keep everyone posted with updates throughout the process! In the meantime, I thought it might help you all get to know me a bit better if I told you my chiropractic story. I’ve always tried to be healthy, staying in shape, and doing all I can to be what most of us traditionally call healthy even though budget and school try to deter that. I have always looked at my health different than most people. I’ve always felt health comes from our bodies, from what we put in them, and how our body is readily able to adapt and conform to the situations we put them in. I’ve made a point to do all I can to stay away from the traditional medical model (except in those necessary times), which is odd, as I was a Pre-Med major in undergrad. I feel we live in an over medicated world as it is. I get that medicine has a place in the world, but I also know that that place isn’t in my blood stream (again, hopefully). So many people seem like they just go through the motions, going doctor to doctor, and are pushed by fear into taking so many different drugs that are just masking the problem underneath. I had never really heard of chiropractic before my wife started school and when she did, it all just clicked. This was what I was meant to do. At the time I was working a factory job in South Carolina while my wife, Suzanne, started attending Sherman. She would come home every day and tell me what she had learned that day, and slowly I started to see a change in the both of us. We became healthier, happier, and just felt, well we felt better. Better because we realized by proper nutrition, fitness, and making sure your body was in proper form (chiropractic) we could live a much more fulfilling life….. After being under chiropractic care for a few short months, I decided this was what I was going to do with my life. I decided on March 17th, 2012, that I was going to change someone else’s world, just as mine had been changed by chiropractic. My wife, now Dr. Suzanne, and I both love what chiropractic can do for people and love to see the relief and performance it offers people. We both have a passion for athletics, which is why we have gone above and beyond to learn how chiropractic can help athletes of all varieties.

Julia Petty | BS, MPH, Registered Yoga Teacher
Hi there! I'm Julia and I recently spent 3 weeks in Bali completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training. I'm stoked to be able to offer private yoga sessions at Hybrid Health! My formal education is in exercise science and public health and I've been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years.
My classes are a space where you are free to explore. I help my students use yoga as a tool to build a better life. We often become detached from our thoughts & feelings, as well as our bodies, due to the nature of our society and culture. But I believe that with consistent meditation and physical yoga practice, we can foster the connection between mind, body, and soul. We can then restore peace and happiness in order to better ourselves. I look forward to chatting with you and sharing the tools that have bettered my life.
